The Governors of Blacklow Brow School are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 3 to work in our Early Years Unit. We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and caring individual who is able to relate well to children and adults.

 

The successful candidates will need to:

  • Provide support in our nursery unit to the children and teacher
  • Work constructively as part of a team, understanding roles and responsibilities and your own position within these
  • Have the ability to follow procedures and instructions
  • Understand the importance for confidentiality
  • Have experience in Early Years/Nursery Nurse Qualification

Experience of working with children and working towards/qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) is required. Additional knowledge of SEND and a pediatric first aid qualification would be an advantage.
