The Governing Body of Blacklow Brow School are seeking to appoint:

Teaching Assistant Level 2 ~ Permanent

Salary:  Band D, Points 5-6 £19,312 - £19,698 per annum, pro rata.

Actual salary is £17,083 - £17425 per annum.

Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Start date: September 2021

 

Blacklow Brow School is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 2.  We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and caring individual who is able to relate well to children and adults.

 

The successful candidates will need to:

 

  • Work constructively as part of a team, understanding roles and responsibilities and your own position within these
  • Provide support to the children and teacher.
  • Have the ability to follow procedures and instructions
  • Understand the importance for confidentiality
  • Experience of working in upper Key Stage 2 and an NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) is required.
