1x 12 Month Fixed Term contract

We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the Councils Customer Experience Team. You will work with a range of stakeholders including managers, Teams, and customers to transform how services are delivered to exceed customer expectations.  You will thrive in a busy, high pressurised environment; have strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise workload within a fast paced environment.

With a focus on excellent customer experience, the Customer Experience Officer will make recommendations to improve service design and delivery for the residents and customers of Knowsley.  The officer will be an advocate for the customer - putting the needs and expectations of Knowsley’s customers and residents at the forefront of every recommendation they make.

Experience of being involved with customer experience improvements, Excellent facilitation skills and ability to identify and implement solutions to issues and be a champion of change.
