The Shield Team is a multi-agency team for children at risk of sexual and criminal exploitation, trafficking, and missing from home or care placed in and out of the borough.

The role is fixed term for a period of 14 months with the possibility for this to be extended.

You will support children who are at risk of or being exploited. Supporting the completion of assessments, develop clear and focused plans, and ensure timely delivery of effective services

the successful candidate will be experienced in respect of working with adolescents and their families and partner agencies in relation to criminal exploitation

Experienced in responding to safeguarding concerns and following relevant legislation and protocols

Able to work as part of a multi-agency team.
