£45,441 to £49,448 / LC3 Middle Tier Points 37-41 or,

£50,512 to £54,017 / LC3 Upper Tier Points 42-45
(with the CiLCA Qualification or following successful completion of CiLCA)
 35 hours per week.

 An opportunity has arisen to permanently appoint a Town Manager for Halewood Town Council.

You will oversee the managerial, administrative, and financial operation of the Town Council, and act as the Proper Officer and Responsible Financial Officer.

You will have extensive experience of Local Authority leadership / managerial experience, particularly in the Town/Parish Council sector, and preferably have the Certificate in Local Council Administration (CiLCA) or be willing to obtain it.

The Town Manager will work for a Quality Status accredited Town Council that is committed to good governance, Council improvement and community service.
