We are seeking a dedicated Personal Advisor to join the Shield Team, working directly with families and young people to prevent child exploitation, reduce harms, and support safer transitions into adulthood.

You will deliver intensive, relationship-based preventative and therapeutic support to families, children and young people aged 0–25. A key part of the role will involve supporting care-experienced young people and young adults as they transition into adulthood and face increased harms associated with exploitation.

You will work closely with families, professionals, and partner agencies to reduce harms associated with exploitation, crime, and anti-social behaviour.

A central aspect of this role is preventing exploitation, including county lines, youth violence, and other forms of harm. You will deliver interventions and co-create focused family plans aiming to prevent exploitation, helping to build resilience, reduce harm, and
